There are three Patriot products available to meet your needs providing up to US$2,000,000 of medical coverage.
If you are traveling for six (6) months or more, please review the ExPatriot Plusı plan, which offers a 10% discount on rates and is renewable.
Patriot InternationalSM
Patriot International provides coverage for US citizens traveling abroad for a minimum of 15 days up to a maximum of one year. Although the Patriot International plan is not renewable, it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods. New Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions apply to any succeeding or subsequent Period of Coverage. A new application also must be completed.
Patriot AmericaSM
Patriot America provides coverage for non-US citizens traveling outside their country of citizenship for a minimum of 15 days up to a maximum of one year. Although the Patriot America plan is not renewable, it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods. New Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions apply to any succeeding or subsequent Period of Coverage. A new application also must be completed. If you or other family members applying for coverage are age 65 or older, please see the Eligibility in the Patriot brochure for additional information.
ExPatriot Plusı
ExPatriot Plusı provides coverage for US citizens AND non-US citizens traveling outside their country of citizenship for a minimum of six months up to a maximum of two years. ExPatriot Plus must be purchased for a minimum initial period of six months, and is renewable for a total of two years by those traveling outside the US. For non-US citizens traveling within the US, ExPatriot Plus may be renewed for up to one year of total coverage. A new Deductible and Coinsurance will apply for each Period of Coverage.
Patriot Executive Travel Medical InsuranceSM- Multi-Trip

Patriot Executive Insurance is designed for US citizens who:
- are employed by a company with a location in the United States
- are covered by an individual or group medical plan while in the United States
- travel outside of the United States frequently throughout the year
This plan provides up to US$1,000,000 of medical coverage for these individuals and their families while they are traveling outside of the United States.
Global Medical Insurance -Annually Renewable

Global Medical InsuranceSM is a long-term, annually renewable, US- style major medical insurance plan designed to provide worldwide coverage to US expatriates and non-US citizens
